Who We Are
We are a group of Andrew’s friends made up of Jason Humphrey, Justin Buset, Shane Powell, Kyle Patterson, Cole Patterson, Rob Menei and Mitchell Komar.
Our Mission
We feel that what happened to Andrew, should never have to happen again to anyone else. Our mission is to create a proactive dialogue on suicide and to break the stigma that surrounds it. We will utilize social networking and our events throughout the year to help achieve this. We want it to become common place in conversations we have with one another and help strengthen the point that this isn’t something to face alone. We will facilitate more mental health and suicide prevention training as a way of continuing a knowledge-based dialogue for those in all workplaces and four our community members as a whole.
What We've Achieved
Raised over $45,000 since our inauguration and invested it all back into our local community’s mental health programs.

created dialogue among hundreds of people online and through our events.
Facilitated a safeTALK course in which 58 individuals attended.
Contributed to the CMHA - Thunder Bay office to ensure they can continue offering their mental health services to our community.
